The minute I heard the sweet, sweet words: “$1 makeup”, I had to drop everything and visit the site to find out what it’s all about and see if they were lying. Nope, they weren’t lying. Most of e.l.f.’s products such as lip glosses, eye-shadows, lipsticks, brushes, etc. are only a buck.
They also have a neat little system for you to put together your own eyeshadow compacts with colors of your choice. Pretty cool, huh. I’m not the type of person that buys makeup stuff online but since it’s so cheap, I couldn’t help it.
The drawback, though, is that since they’re so, so cheap, they are incurring many orders so shipping takes as long as 5-7 weeks! I’ve ordered mine nearly a month ago and I still have not seen any of it - although my card had already been charged. Hmph!
But other than that, it’s up to you to decide whether ordering $1 makeup stuff is worth the wait!
