Denise Richards lost it and got violent when the paparazzi was trying to snap her pictures and ended up hurting an old lady in the wheelchair.

The actress approached the photographers and threw their laptops off the balcony of the hotel, said Cpl. Peter Thiessen, a media relations officer for the Richmond Royal Canadian Mounted Police, adding that a computer “struck an 80-year-old woman in a wheelchair. It struck her in the arm. She was not interested in pursuing criminal charges and suffered only minor injuries.” Police interviewed both Richards and her costar, Pamela Anderson, about the incident, and the movie production company agreed to pay for the damages to the photographers’ computers, according to Thiessen.

“Based on the actions of the paparazzi, they are lucky their laptops are the only things that were tossed over the balcony,” a rep for Richards told PEOPLE.

They are lucky? Are you kidding me? If you ask me, she is lucky she wasn’t the one thrown over the balcony and hit her head on the wheelchair, then have the old woman in the wheelchair roll her wheels over her face. I really hope the wheelchair woman changes her mind and files criminal charges and the prosecutors can use the rep’s quote for evidence of showing no remorse.
