A couple of no-good drunk frat guys want a piece of the pie out of Borat’s success by slapping 20th Century Fox and One America Productions with a lawsuit claiming wrongful use of their appearances in the movie.

According to TMZ, these frat dudes claimed they were selected to appear in the movie, basically doing what they always do best anyway - drinking and acting like a buncha obnoxious losers. But they were promised that the film would not be shown in the U.S. and that their identities would not be revealed. But because the movie was obviously released in the U.S., they now claim that they “suffered humiliation, mental anguish, and emotional and physical distress, loss of reputation, goodwill and standing in the community…”

Right, because we all know frat guys are goodwill citizens of the community who do nothing but help sick people stay sober and watch non-pornographic movies while playing bingo. Funny, cuz last time I’ve checked, frat guys never seemed to suffer humiliation, mental anguish, emotional/physical distress while they booze up and pass out in their own vomit on their frat house floor. So what - you want money to “reward” yourselves for acting like a buncha drunk asses and making racist comments about Americans? What monkey’s ass have you been living under?
