Teri Hatcher does seem a bit ‘Desperate’ because she has confirmed that she is now dating her co-star, Eva Longoria’s ex-boyfriend, director Stephen Kay.
Gross! Who the hell wants Eva’s leftover. You don’t know what she has and transfered over to the guy. But it’s no surprise they both go for a director guy, who directed Boogeyman. He’s probably the reason Eva ever got her name on the map. Apparently, he directed her in a movie called The Dead Will Tell. Never heard of it, but I’m sure it sucked. So what’s Teri’s intention for dating this hideous-looking guy? Make a The Dead Will Tell sequel?
Stephen T. Kay has been a director for a while…he directed the Mod Squad movie.
Before that, he made some extra money playing the very funny and sarcastic butler Reginald on General Hospital.
Eva Longoria was briefly on General Hospital before she went on to Young & the Restless and was also previuosly wed to Tyler Christopher, who plays Nikolas Cassadine on GH.
Desperate Housewives was created by Charles Pratt, Jr., who was head writer on GH until he went onto create Desperate Housewives.
Here’s another connection..Vanessa Marcil, who was on GH as Brenda and also dated Tyler, is now on Las Vegas playing Sam (oh, and Eva Longoria played a Brenda lookalike on GH). Last season, Dean Cain guest-starred as Sam’s boyfriend, and of course he is best known for playing opposite Teri Hatcher on “Lois and Clark”.
Isn’t it all very incestuous? LOL!
