Homeless people don’t really need homes. They need porta-potties. At least, that’s the sentiment of alderman Joe Ceci, according to Calgary and Alberta News, the Calgary Sun.
They want to implement portapotties for the homeless population in the city that doesn’t require land and permits. Right, because homeless people desperately need to pee in appropriate places when nature calls, because the streets, benches, and bushes just couldn’t cut it anymore. I also assume putting these things in the city would really increase the value of the neighborhoods and would certainly become tourist attraction for years to come.
But anyway, if you’re a homeless person and you’re reading this (somehow), try to hold it in until next year when this is in place. It will be the luckiest day of your life.
