Watch out, people. Tyra Banks may not appear to be who she is.

In a recent interview, Tyra revealed that she “plays a character” on her talk show as well as America’s Next Top Model.

I have to use a lot of different aspects of my personality for the talk show. If I have a very compelling show about eating disorders, and then the next day, we’re doing something like a panty party, I do have to use different aspects of my personality with that. But with Top Model, that’s more of a character. That is not who I am in real life. People who come to my talk show laugh, because they say they watch Top Model, and that’s who they thought I was, but it’s a reality-show character. She’s almost a caricature of herself. There’s a certain voice that I use when I say, ‘I have five photos in my hand.’ It’s really funny. I would never give modeling advice in the tone that I give it to the girls, but it’s just something that works for the show. The advice is the same that I would give, but I would just give it differently in real life.

Geez, that’s a whole lotta crap about incoherent nothings. Basically, her personality consists of eating disorders and wearing panties. Wow, so compelling. And what’s so funny about saying I have 5 photos in my hand? It’s probably funny because you can actually count. But then when you see models acting as if the show isn’t important or that they’re not taking their roles seriously on the show, you go ape on all their asses. But the bottom line here is that you fake being someone you’re not in order to give fake advice to those poor aspiring models on your show when you know deep down you will never give that kind of advice in real life. I’m so confused… But then, after looking at her many faces — not so much.
