I’m sure by now you know all about Isaiah Washington’s busting the F-bomb on the set of Grey’s Anatomy, forcing T.R. Knight to “come out of the closet” even though he “wasn’t ready.” And then Washington is now pretending he’s got some kind of psychological disorder that “forced” him to “seek counseling” and admit himself into a “psychological rehab center.” Yeah, like there’s such a place, right? Now, according to MSNBC, Knight might just leave the show altogether.

“He was told not to say anything about the whole incident,” says the insider, referring to an on-set dust up in October when fellow cast member Isaiah Washington referred to Knight, who plays Dr. George O’Malley, with a derogatory word used to describe gay men. “He kept his word, but then the whole thing blew up again at the Golden Globes, and when he was asked about it, he basically called Isaiah a liar,” says the source. “He feels that the atmosphere there is so toxic and unhealthy. I suppose things could change and we would stay, but for now, he’s planning to leave the show.”

People come “out” in Hollywood all the time. I mean, so what if he wasn’t “ready”? Eventually he would, so what’s the big deal? Look at Lance Bass, he’s out, proud and happy. And only in Hollywood can you check yourself into an imaginary psych rehab center just to make it look like you’re sorry, insane, didn’t know what you were doing, and all that baloney. Rehab seems to be the answer for everything. I mean, you can pretty much murder somebody right now and then say you’re sorry and you’re going to check yourself into a clown rehab center and learn that what you did wasn’t as funny as you thought.
