Ack! The way the humane society puts animals down is much more humane than that. The best way, of course, is organizations like PAWS that only do adoption and never put animals down. She has got to be one disturbed lady to think she's been doing a good thing. Perhaps she hears...voices...telling her to do it? One would not be surprised.
