A woman should follow the same rules as she suggests the guys, otherwise one will simply become a slave to the other instead a true equal. Treat people and especially your significant other the same way you would want to be treated granting you are not a masochist or something similar. Communication and honesty to me between both parties heterosexual or not without this you cannot build a strong foundation to build upon.
