300 hunk, Gerard Butler, and phone-throwing Naomi Campbell are reportedly “dating.”
Sources claim the Scottish-born actor and the 36-year-old English-born model have been spending a lot of time together in New York City, where Campbell recently completed five days of community service as punishment for throwing a cell phone at a former employee. She has been spotted out and about with Butler several times – even though the couple has managed to avoid being photographed together.
I pray to God this isn’t true. This is so wrong on every level. Hot British actor with a killing accent dating a “less than hot” model with killer cellphone throws. C’mon now! I certainly hope Gerard Butler has a better taste than this.

I hope this is not true.The only thing I can think about her is that she has a very hot temper. Then again they can just be friends. the media does blow things up bigger than they are sometimes.
Unfortunately a lot of people are probably thinking the same thing…But we have to remember that just because they have been seen around town together doesn’t mean we have to speculate on their current relationship. Besides I am sure she is an intelligent woman and we know Gerry is an intelligent man. There is nothing wrong with him having friends or having a good time. Realistically we know nothing about their relationship and I am sure they would like to keep it that way, I know Gerry would. You have to give them both credit though, at least we are not seeing him grabbing her in all the wrong places in broad daylight to show the world what we really don’t want to see, they are being respectfull of themselves and we should respect that. Gawk as all will, but remember we are not in their minds, and shouldn’t speculate as so…. Besides He looks great, and if only I could have a body like her’s!
Lest we forget, that what we think is “right” or “wrong” is just that… “what we think”.

I too hope this is not true. It would bother me immensely to think Gerry, who seems to be a very nice guy, would be dating Naomi Campbell. Seeing as how we don’t REALLY know Gerry, maybe they are perfect for each other, though I seriously doubt it. I think he is looking for strength in a woman, and maybe thinks she has it, but a violent streak is not strength. If he wants true strength, he should look for a woman who is not famous or rich, just an everyday woman who works hard to pay her bills. All I can say is that I hope this is not true and if it is, then I am truly heart broken because I thought so much more of him; however, he is a man and with his fame rising he can have any woman he wants, so maybe he is just “testing the waters” so to speak. Yes, of course, his love life is none of my business-but I am entitled to my opinion, and my opinion is: IF this is true–how disappointing.
They’re two interesting people who I hope have the good sense to block out public comments when it comes to their coupling.
We, the public, have so little to do in our own lives that we glorify the “beautiful people” in hopes that our idolization of them will spill some beauty into our own little untapped lives. Let them be. If they’re happy, and you’re a fan of either, be happy for them.

If there is one thing I don’t do, its “glorify” a celebrity. It seems to me that they lose all touch with reality and normal life. They seek FAME and fortune and then whine about it cuz its interfering in their lives-but that IS fame-right? Thats what the job is all about, so they shouldn’t complain.
I don’t think anyone should be idolized, but I must say this: The only people who deserve applause are the every day individuals who get up every morning and work a normal every day job to put food on the table.

I love Gerry and I think he has any right to any girl he chooses.
