Britney Spears was spotted bumming around the city with a towel wrapped around her neck and head, attempting to hide her face, but obviously she’s not that bright. Cameron Diaz would’ve told her to try out her tactic, instead. If I didn’t know who Britney was, I would’ve mistaken her for an Iranian woman, or a crazy clown.

    Yep shes looking more and more like a CRAZY CLOWN.. some one needs to have her committed.. rehab sure didn’t do much for her… guess some of her hair is coming back in LOL
