TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan has once again checked into rehab, immediately, it seems, after having caused an accident, arrested a DUI and busted for cocaine. This is only a few months after her other time entering rehab back in January. Doesn’t anyone realize that she’s just completely hopeless?
