Nicole Richie is still driving around after getting busted for driving the wrong way on a Burbank, CA freeway and charged with DUI. TMZ has just found out the reason she still has her license and is still able to legally drive - and that is, under California law, you have to be busted for driving under the influence of alcohol, and not Vicodin and pot.
Wow, how hard is it to get your license suspended around here? How many people do you have to run over? How many school buses do you have to crash? How many points do you have to have in your records? It’s all good, ‘cuz you’re completely, totally sober!
