Paris Hilton has been ordered back into court so that the judge can decide whether she should be put back behind bars. As it turned out, Sheriff Lee ChewBaca is being questioned for his decision to release Paris this morning. He violated the judge’s specific order that Paris must serve the sentence in jail.
According to AP:
Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer issued his order after the city attorney filed a petition late Thursday afternoon questioning whether Sheriff Lee Baca should be held in contempt of court for releasing Hilton on Thursday morning. Sauer himself had expressed his unhappiness with Hilton’s release before Delgadillo asked him to return her to court. When he sentenced Hilton to jail last month, he ruled specifically that she could not serve her sentence at home under electronic monitoring.
The court spokesperson had said before that it was actually the sheriff, not the judge, who gets to decide whether inmates get released.
So basically, to make this less confusing - no one knows the law and no one knows what the hell happened and how Paris Hilton got away. Dammit, can’t we just “finish the job” here so we can move on with our lives and not hear about this spoiled skanktard anymore?
Paris Hilton is an insult to her family and the rest of us who must work for a living and you toads who make a life off of this crap should go to jail with Paris for she is a 3 time loser

around 7 p.m here in Westeren Europe I saw on BBC1 news that the sherffifs deputies put Paris in the back of a cop car and took her off to court,, should be MARVELOUS to see her back in jail.. I mean think about it she could have photo shoots, parties, interviews in the comfort of her own home with out having to leave,, and she could order out for all the food and booze and drugs she needs, and no one could stop her cos her electronic gadget will register that she is still at home,, I also hope that the Judge does find Sacha in contempt for over stepping his authority and letting ehr out,, hmmm lesseee if all 2 thousand other women pulled the same thing Paris did would they let them out too ?????????????????????????????????

You know what if it were one us, do you really think we would have caught a break? I don’t think so, so she gets what she deserve. And then some just because she is famous and don’t mean a damn thing! I know I wouldn’t have caught a break, the only thing I would have caught is the bus to the county jail.
You know sheriff Lee Baca had a hard on for her, That’s why he gave the okay for her release. That’s a bunch of bullshit if you ask me. She such a cry baby just because she couldn’t be pampered the way she’s use to. Stupid Ass Bitch. So they need to let her mingled with all of the other inmates, she’ll make friends real quick, poor baby, wah, wah, wah.
She should be sent to jail and be left there for some years to see how hard it is to work and raise a family.
