By now you’re probably really sick and tired of hearing about Paris Hilton so I don’t want to torture you any more than you already are - so the only thing I have to say is - HA! The sentencing judge is pissed off at Sheriff Lee Baca for defying his direct orders so he’d sent Paris straight back in jail.
Hilton left the courtroom in tears, screaming, “Mom, Mom, Mom!’ [TMZ]
I love this judge! The justice system still works!
We learned from RadarOnline that Sheriff Lee Baca let Paris out of the cage because he had accepted her grandfather, William Barron Hilton’s $1000 campaign donation funds last year (only because that’s the maximum amount allowable under CA law.) Ah hah! That explains everything.
Although we hate this prick, but if you think about it, he actually did us a great service, because had he not let her out of jail early, Paris wouldn’t have had to go back and actually serve all of 45 days (minus the 5 so-called days she already so-called served) of her original sentence!! In addition, she’s in psych ward which is even worse than before.
According to TMZ:
Hilton is in the medical ward at Twin Towers, an L.A. County jail facility. She is in a room by herself with a glass door. A sergeant guards the door at all times for her protection. We’re told Hilton hasn’t eaten or slept since she arrived yesterday. Sources have described her condition today as “fragile” and “despondent.” One source called her “a train wreck” Another said “sullen and withdrawn.” We’ve learned her shrink, Dr. Charles Sophy, spent more than two hours with her this morning. Hilton’s family can’t visit today. In the medical ward, families can only visit on Sundays and Tuesdays.
I’ve got nothing more to say (for now). She deserves every piece of it. And here’s the court sketch:

Let’s beat the streets to ensure Judge Sauer remains a Judge for a long time to come!
YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA JUDGE SAUER,,, YOU ROCK,,, AND HOPE THAT HE HOLDS BACA IN CONTEMPT,, FOR GOING OVER HIS HEAD……..
Giggling that Paris is now doing ALL 45 DAYS.. tuff luck honey, now you know what it is like to be an EVERY DAY PERSON
