Lindsay Lohan crashed into a van back in Oct 2005. The van owner filed a lawsuit against her for $3,624.84. The trial was finally taking place today - except, the van’s owner didn’t show up so the judge dismissed the case. Yeah right. Lindsay Lohan probably had her people kidnap the dude while he was on the way to court. Then when he tried to scream they knocked him out using one of Lindsay’s bottles of vodka.
