As a result of her wrong-way DUI, Nicole Richie has been ordered to serve 4 days in a jail of her choice by September 28. She was also fined $2,048, ordered back to alcohol education, and put on 3 years probation.
The commissioner issued Richie a stern warning, telling her if she she drove drunk again and she actually killed someone she could be charged with murder — not manslaughter. That’s because after her first DUI, Richie agreed that if she drove under the influence and killed someone, she’d be nailed for murder.
Wow, they might as well send her to Disneyland and study dwarfs. But she’ll be drunk and kick the little guys down the well. THEN maybe they’ll finally charge her for murder for real.
I pray she wont bring that baby into the world. Anyway I doubt the child would be normal, givin the quantity of drugs and alcohol she ingurgitated. Shes not fit to be a human being, how to be a mother then? And dont tell me pregnancy would or maternity would change her. A bitch is always a bitch.
