The Fox network has pulled the plug on The Simple Life, starring Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie.
US Magazine reports:
An E! insider suggested the network decided to cancel the show because the public already sees way too much of these girls. “We felt like the real-life drama of their lives overshadowed anything happening on the show. Viewers would see Paris all day long on the news about her going to jail, so they didn’t care about seeing her camping with kids. It just was too played out.
It took them this long to realize these two bimbos have absolutely nothing to offer television, as well as like, the rest of the planet? It doesn’t take a reality show to prove that they are dumber than a squirrel.
