In a recent interview with Latina Magazine, Beyonce Knowles says she’s jealous that she wasn’t born a Latina. Gasp!
I’m just jealous that I wasn’t born Latina. I wish I had been because the culture is so beautiful. I noticed a big difference between speaking to all of the Latino stations and speaking to the pop stations or the other stations. With the Latino stations, there was so much love and everyone is so genuine.
Ohhhkaaaay. So the truth comes out. It’s official, everybody. Beyonce doesn’t like being who she is. Remember this, people, the next time she gets high and mighty about how proud she is for being black and successful, and all that racial mumbo jumbo. There’s a difference between appreciating a “beautiful” culture and actually wishing you were born into one. I mean, it makes sense since her dad was pissed she didn’t win a Golden Globe for Dreamgirls just because she’s black. So it’s understandable that she wishes she weren’t black at all; a Latina would’ve had more chances. She’s just filthy rich that’s all; just no Golden Globes. I don’t even know how she can live with herself.

I don’t understand why, but it seems as though once a black person become famous, they go off the deep in in wishing they were born something they are not. Clearly Beyonce is beautiful being black. There is a difference is appreciating a particular culture and wishing you were born into one. It’s blacks like Beyonce that they mainstream doesn’t mind promoting because, these types don’t promote black unity. Every time you see Beyonce she is trying to look other than what she is and that is black.
well who knows what she actually meant by it but she should be careful in the choice of words she chooses for instance she could have said it in a diffrent way saying im jelous i wasnt born a latina was stupid she should of just showed her appreciation of the culture and left it like that damn it doeeesnt take a rocket scientist to figure that out i feel bad for her i want to see how shes gonna patch this one up its going to take awhile for people to forget this one
