If you’ve watched the EMMYs, you’ll remember Katherine Heigl bitching about how her last name was mispronounced by the female announcer’s voice. The announcer said “HeiJO” so she goes “It’s HeiGO, but it’s alright, it’s a hard name.” Here’s the video:
OK you know, she bitches once, and you’d think that was enough. But NOO, she had to emphasize it one more time: “At least they get my name right.”:
For someone that looks like a million cigarettes mashed together, she sure is high and mighty, and err, bitchy. It’s not anyone’s fault you have a stupid last name. How do you figure it’s “HeiGO” when there’s no “e” at the end. It’s like her own mother had her and she figured she’d grow up to be a retard so she wouldn’t deserve that “e”. I mean, her own mother didn’t even think she’d have a chance winning an EMMY (her words.) It all makes sense.
Only complete idiots would have trouble saying her name - it not as if she is unknown and the name is not that difficult. My 8 year old son seem to have no problem at all. Guess some people are just stupid.
