Britney Spears was spotted out and about in Burbank, CA having lunch with a friend, and as usual, surrounded by the paps. So she thought it’s a good idea to bring out a camera and start filming them. That’s right, you go get them, Brit! You show ‘em what it’s like to be followed around 24/7 with cameras in their faces. They totally deserve it.
