Yea i think Lainie gets it as a joke, but is just saying that to her its not an appropriate time to be using it as part of a joke. She is living in burning california she is going through it right now, have some compassion and not tell her to “chill”

you know i live in california and dont find it funny at all that you would use it as a “sarcastic joke” you have no idea what it is like out here right now
