Rehab-inspired Lindsay Lohan was conveniently spotted shopping at the most paparazzi-infested area in Hollywood - the Ivy on Robertson Blvd. Sure, you come to where all the paps are and pretend you don’t want to be bothered, and even better, hold up a camera to take pictures of the paps taking pictures of you. I mean, why not? Everybody’s doing it. Jessica Biel and Britney Spears to name a few. Hey here’s a thought: stay home.
