TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan has started recording a new album, possibly singing about her new boyfriend, whoever that is. Oh, right, because her last albums burst the charts, so loud that we never heard about them again. It would just take way less effort for her to just party and snort stuff through her remaining nostril than put out an album to kill us all even quicker than her hitting rehab again.
