Eva Mendes is a Hypocrite

Eva Mendes is a Hypocrite, Wears Fun for PETA | niquehappy.com

You probably already know Eva Mendes is PETA’s newest face campaigning against wearing fur. And, hey, guess what, it appears our friend here hates fur so much that she wears it everywhere she goes - and there are photos to prove it. Sorry Eva - I’m sure this PETA ad was only one of your latest ploys to draw attention to yourself. Here’s a better idea - get pregnant like Britney Spears’ little sister, or say, stand on a freeway bridge during rush hour. Oh, don’t forget to wear fur.

Here’s more Eva Mendes hating fur:

Uh, yeah, if you even took the time to read the interview she gave for PETA, she admitted to wearing fur when she first started out. Do you realize how old those pictures are? She doesn’t wear fur anymore, she’s changed her ways and is now against it.

these stars “change their ways” like they change their underwear. their beliefs go where the attention and fame take them. next you’ll probably see eva doing a commercial for Outback Steakhouse.

Alisha in the first comment said it all. In the interview she gave for Peta she said that they sent her a letter about the wrap she’s wearing in the first picture and that it made her never want to wear fur again.

Yes, it’s kind of like Cindy Crawford, Kate Moss, etc., who were all against fur in the 90’s, until it came back in fashion in the early 2000’s. Celebrities’ affiliations change as the wind blows based on whatever enhances their image. If something is hot and in style, they’re all over it. If it’s politically incorrect, they won’t touch it.

I can’t stand celebrities who try to impose their values on the rest of the world. Even if Eva did have a change of heart on wearing fur, why does that mean that everyone else has to as well? She wore fur in her past and had no problem with it at the time. So if someone else wants to wear fur now, that’s their choice, just as it was Eva’s choice when she wore it. If Eve Mendes wakes up tomorrow and decides that wearing leather is wrong are all of us supposed to stop wearing leather? Eva Mendes and PETA are not the morality police.
