Hilary Duff was spotted in Toluca Lake sporting an oversized yellow and gray striped sweater — or whatever it is the hell she’s wearing. She reminds me of Waldo, except with the wrong colors, or maybe just a potato sack. If I’m ever in a bad mood, I would come up to her and ask how much she sells her potatoes because I would love to stuff some down her shirt, I mean bag.
