Word has it that ex-vampire slayer Michelle Trachtenberg is joining the cast of ‘Gossip Girl’ now that the writers’ strike is over and the show is back on.
According to Hollywood Reporter:
Michelle Trachtenberg has snagged a multi-episode arc on “Gossip Girl,” the CW’s freshman drama about privileged Manhattan high school students. Trachtenberg will play Georgina Sparks, a character who appears in the novels on which the series is based. Georgina rolls into Manhattan from rehab, shaking up and torturing the life of Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively). Mischa Barton (”The O.C.”) was rumored to have been up for the role.
This is actually based on a novel? A novel about a bunch of rich privileged kids in New York? I wonder if there are pictures and popups to fill up the pages because how much can you write about spoiled children of Manhanttan?

I love Michelle Trachtenberg ever since i saw her on Buffy The Vampire Slayer. She is beautiful and cute at the same time. I like the color of her eyes, nose and her prominent cheek bone.
