Wow, I don’t think it matters anymore at this point whether Heather Locklear wears makeup or not. She looks exactly the same and her wrinkles still show. I think the only place I’d like to see Heather Locklear in now is on a magazine page or a movie poster where they airbrush the life out of her - like this:
