Happy post-Memorial-weekend Tuesday! There’s nothing better that pumps you up on a boring work day than looking at pictures of One Tree Hill’s Sophia Bush working the tracks with her muscle-y trainer in Westwood, CA. Boy is she skinny and looking good. Something I should be doing. And here I am, sipping on my daily dose of Starbucks frappuccino feeling all guilty. But in a good way.
