So you remember how Anne Hathaway conveniently dumped her boyfriend, Raffaello Follieri, just shortly before he was arrested for money laundering? Well, she thought she could get away with everything by simply dumping him. Not so fast! Today we learn from SFGate that the FBI have reportedly raided his apartment and seized her diaries.

The “Devil Wears Prada” star is said to have broken up with Raffaello Follieri last month, shortly before he was arrested on suspicion of unscrupulous business dealings. Follieri has been charged with a dozen counts of federal wire fraud conspiracy and money laundering and will remain in jail until he can post $21 million bail. Now FBI agents have reportedly raided Follieri’s luxury New York apartment, which is located in Donald Trump’s Trump Tower, seizing a variety of his personal possessions, including Hathaway’s private diaries, according to the New York Daily News. Officers are also reported to have taken an assortment of documents, watches and personal photos of Follieri and Hathaway.

Dear Diary, today Raffie bought me a Prada purse and like twenty pairs of Prada shoes. You know, because of the movie I was in and all. I don’t know where he gets all this money but somehow, it just, like, magically appears under his bed quite often. I took some just now - you know, for Prada milk. Do they make that? Well, I’m sure he won’t mind. Couple millions. He won’t even notice. Uh oh, time to go shopping.
