It seems all Blake Lively’s character on Gossip Girl, Serena van der Woodsen, does is go to fancy parties or help her best friend, Blair, plan fancy parties. Well, here’s Blake getting a real life fancy party for herself, at the New Yorkers for Children Ninth Annual Fall Gala in New York City. And I must say, that outfit looks flattering on her, in an old librarian dressed up for a ball kinda way.
