Zac Efron attended the 6th annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party yesterday. I’m no fashion analyst, but I’m sure the weather in LA is exceeding 80 degrees, and yet this dude is wearing a jacket with rolled up sleeves and a scarf. Must be one of those trendy things “young” boys in Hollywood are trying to maintain in order to be different.
