Meg Ryan was honored the Bambi Award in Offenburg, Germany earlier today. Bambi Awards was created by Hubert Burda Media group since 1948. They call her the “queen of romantic comedy”, referring to her performance in When Harry Met Sally. The only other stand-out performances I remember are Sleepless in Seatle and You’ve Got Mail. The last Meg Ryan movie I saw was Land of Women where she played a supporting role alongside Adam Brody. I suppose she only needed one to win Bambi.
