Spotted: Leighton Meester struck by a deadly tornado, but somehow survived and stumpled her way to the 61st Emmys Awards after slapping on some makeup she jacked from a streetside clown’s makeup kit. Seriously, horrible would be too nice of a word to describe all that’s happening on with her face, eyebrows, makeup, hair, and her overall appearance. Sheesh. Way to be trend-setting “Blair.”
