Here is Blake Lively spotted on the set of Gossip Girl today, filming a scene with the guy who plays the desperate loser actor Patrick. It’s amazing she looks like this on the show with nice and trendy clothes, yet completely opposite in real life. But that’s not as bad as her GG co-star, Jessica Szohr. Talk about losing your appetite.
